Attorney Gulash wins acquittal for client charged with murder

In Bridgeport Superior Court, on December 7, 2017 after approximately 4 week of trial, Attorneys John Gulash and Noah Kores got a verdict for their client, Tony Espinal. He had been charged with murder in connection with an incident on the highway that turned into a fight caused by Bryant Kelly. Fearing for his life, our client Tony Espinal defended himself with a knife and accidentally stabbed Mr. Kelly and causing his death. The jury acquitted Mr. Espinal on the charge of murder but convicted him on the lesser charge of manslaughter in the second degree. He was sentenced on January 19, 2018 to seven years in prison.
